It started with that the wind almost lifted the tent. After this the sky looked like by its appearance to be ready to open up with heavy showers any minute. But the wind subsided, and the dark clouds disappeared, and the sun conquered. 😊
This evening was even better than last time in Råslätt two weeks ago; we had the deeper conversations we prayed for to have.
Several people was healed. One of the guys in the Somalian group that made fun of us, was healed. When the pain left his elbow and he with a surprised look in his face exclaimed "it worked, honestly" and looked on his friends, they disappeared as quickly as they had come; it wasn't fun anymore; maybe they became a bit afraid :-). A little muslim girl, possibly around 7-10 years old, approached us to get a bun and something to drink. She had a pain in one of her knees and was completely healed after one of us put his hand on her knew and prayed a few short prayers.
A muslim woman approached us and asked a few questions about the christian faith, received an arabic Bibel (Injeel), but when her husband came to bring her back she seemed to withdrew a bit, and we got a good conversation also with the husband. 😊
We met a guy that we could have a deeper discussion with sitting down; sharing the Gospel with; he understood it; and he wanted it, and decided he wanted to get baptized!😊 We exchanged contact information, and agreed to meet up the coming week, to continue our conversation about baptism, and probably baptize him.
We met a young couple, who both had a church background, but had lost it and was caught up in the temptations of life. They were really fascinated by what we shared with them and they listened actively; we exchanged contact details. Still another seed is sown. 😊
One person from out team got a good conversation with a middle aged man. He described that he became bornagain a long time ago, but was drawn to worldly pleasures, although his conscience actively tried to pull him the other way, he said.
We notice that the Lord has worked hard tonight, and we are really thankful for that He let us be part of this. Thankyou Jesus.
To be continued! :-)
