Idag &#8211; och p\u00e5 Biblisk tid?<\/strong><br>In Biblical times the word <em>Christian<\/em> (\u03a7\u03c1\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03b9\u03b1\u03bd\u03cc\u03c2) meant that you <em>was like<\/em> Jesus Christ in your behavior; the word was actually used as a <em>nickname<\/em> for those people who followed the Way, a name that was given the movement of disciples who followed Jesus. <br>Today the word has lost much of this meaning; the word christian kan mean many things, for example that you go to a church once a week, that you are born into a christian family, or that you as a child was baptized into the Swedish state church. In fact the word is used only 3 times in the Bible (Acts 11:26; 26:28; 1 Pet 4:16).<br><\/li><li><strong>The word <em>disciple<\/em><\/strong><br>Ett ord som anv\u00e4nds mer flitigt \u00e4r ordet &#8221;<em>Disciple<\/em>\u201d (\u03bc\u03b1\u03b8\u03b7\u03c4\u03ae\u03c2). We find this word more than 250 times in the Bible. Then what does the word disciple means? It means that you <em>follow<\/em> somebody, and <em>learn to behave, or act<\/em> som denna person g\u00f6r, allts\u00e5 ursprungsbetydelsen av ordet Kristen. Jesus kallade sina l\u00e4rjungar att &#8221;f\u00f6lja&#8221; honom. Vissa gjorde det. Andra inte. (<strong>Matt 4:19; 19:21; Mark 10:21; Luk 5:27; John 1:43; John 21:19<\/strong>). Hur g\u00e5r det till n\u00e4r vi ska l\u00e4ra oss n\u00e5gon praktisk syssla? Som t ex att laga mat; cykla; eller k\u00f6ra bil? Vi m\u00e5ste \u00f6va, l\u00e4ra oss av n\u00e5gon som redan kan detta, n\u00e5gon som vi &#8221;f\u00f6ljer&#8221;.<br><\/li><li><strong>We are called to do the same deeds as Jesus - and even greater ones.<\/strong><br>God promised that We will do the same deeds as Jesus did, and even greater ones (<strong>Joh 14:12<\/strong>) The disciples made mistakes, but finally learnt.<strong>Matt 17:14-16; Lik 10:17<\/strong>)<br>Do we know how to baptize in water, the Holy Spirit, heal the sick, deliver from deamons, and teach other people how to be disciples to Christ?<br>If not, where can we practice this? For example around the kitchen table, in a living room, at work, out on the street.<br><em>The Great Commandment<\/em>(!) s\u00e4ger f\u00f6ljande: &#8221;<em>D\u00e5 tr\u00e4dde Jesus fram och talade till dem och sade: &#8221;\u00c5t mig har getts all\u00a0makt i himlen och p\u00e5 jorden.\u00a0G\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ut och g\u00f6r alla folk till l\u00e4rjungar! D\u00f6p dem i Faderns och Sonens och den helige Andes namn\u00a0och l\u00e4r dem att h\u00e5lla\u00a0allt som jag befallt er. Och se, jag \u00e4r med er alla dagar till tidens slut<\/em>.&#8221;<br><\/li><li><strong>Then, how do you become a disciple?<\/strong><br>Yes, by following somebody who already function like this.<br><\/li><li><strong>Then, what is the first step if you want to become a disciple to Jesus?<\/strong><br>Jo, att bli &#8221;<em>Bornagain<\/em>&#8221;. (<strong>Joh 3:1-8<\/strong>)<br><\/li><li><strong>Then what does it mean to be <em>...born again<\/em>?<\/strong><br>It means that you, first, <em>Repent<\/em> which is <em>the first<\/em> steget in i en f\u00f6rsonande Relation med Gud. Omv\u00e4ndelse \u00e4r &#8211; att man s\u00e4ger till Gud: &#8221;F\u00f6rl\u00e5t, det blev fel. Jag \u00e5ngrar mig, och v\u00e4nder mig bort fr\u00e5n det beteende som jag vet du Gud inte gillar. Jag ska sluta med detta&#8221;, och man v\u00e4ljer fr\u00e5n den tidpunkten att i forts\u00e4ttningen g\u00e5 i en ny riktning, nu mot\/till Gud och g\u00f6ra hans vilja ist\u00e4llet och efter b\u00e4sta f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga f\u00f6lja och lyda det Han s\u00e4ger. N\u00e4r vi g\u00f6r det, s\u00e5 \u00e4r l\u00f6ftet fr\u00e5n Gud, att Han f\u00f6rl\u00e5ter oss, och &#8221;renar v\u00e5rt samvete&#8221; fr\u00e5n skuldk\u00e4nslor f\u00f6r detta (<strong>1 Joh 1:9<\/strong>), och samvetet \u00e5terf\u00e5r sin k\u00e4nslighet f\u00f6r vad som \u00e4r r\u00e4tt och fel. Detta beskrivs i Bibeln som att v\u00e5rt &#8221;hj\u00e4rta av sten&#8221; byts ut mot ett &#8221;hj\u00e4rta av k\u00f6tt&#8221;. Gud kommer d\u00e5 inte l\u00e4ngre komma ih\u00e5g dessa synder (<strong>Hes 33:14-16<\/strong>) (<strong>Hebr 10:16; Hes 36:26; Rom 2:15<\/strong>)<br><br>Secondly, it means that you <em>get baptized in water <\/em>(by full submersion in water).<br>Thirdly, it means that you get <em>baptized with the Holy Spirit.<\/em>.<br><\/li><li><strong>Why do you need to get <em>...born again<\/em>?<\/strong><br>This is explained by <em>The Gospel.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vad betyder det att vara Kristen? Jag kommer fr\u00e5n ett icke-kristet hem, men fick \u00e4nd\u00e5 tidig Kunskap om Gud och Jesus, genom en \\\"s\u00f6ndagsskola\\\" jag gick till. Senare fick jag med kunskap genom svenska kyrkans \\\"Ansgars\\\" (liknande Scouterna). D\u00e4refter upph\u00f6rde min kontakt med kyrkan. Det var f\u00f6rst under min gymnasietid, som en b\u00e4nkkompis fick mig att inse, att man kan ha en personlig relation med Gud, att man kan K\u00e4nna Honom; och efter ett tag b\u00f6rjade jag s\u00f6ka det. Mitt m\u00f6te med Gud, var att han bekr\u00e4ftade f\u00f6r mig att man just kan l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna Gud. D\u00e4refter b\u00f6rjade jag l\u00e4sa Bibeln p\u00e5 egen hand; och nu var det som om hela Bibeln \\\"\u00f6ppnade sig\\\". Tidigare ber\u00e4ttelser jag l\u00e4st fick nu ett helt annat djup. N\u00e5got var v\u00e4ldigt annorlunda j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med tidigare. Men... och detta \u00e4r ett stort men: jag vandrade fortfarande inte i fullst\u00e4ndig frihet; som m\u00e5nga andra kristna \\\"trodde\\\" jag p\u00e5 Jesus, kallade mig \\\"kristen\\\" men hade egentligen d\u00e5lig f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r vad det egentligen inneb\u00e4r. Jag levde, medvetet, fortfarande i viss synd, och f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte s\u00e5 gott det gick att leva ett kristet liv. Det jag missat i Bibeln, och som ingen f\u00f6rklarat f\u00f6r mig, var att v\u00e4gen in till en \u00e4kta relation med Jesus, g\u00e5r genom \\\"p\u00e5nyttf\u00f6delse\\\" (Joh 3:1-8). N\u00e4r jag f\u00f6rstod det, s\u00e5 kontaktade jag m\u00e4nniskor som kunde hj\u00e4lpa mig med det - och jag kom \u00e4ntligen ut i frihet. Jag fick d\u00e5 \u00e4ven l\u00e4ra mig att vi som l\u00e4rjungar till Jesus kan be f\u00f6r sjuka, l\u00e4gga h\u00e4nderna p\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor med n\u00e5gon typ av sjukdom, och d\u00e5 ska de bli friska. Det fick jag uppleva d\u00e5, och det vandrar jag i och forts\u00e4tter att v\u00e4xa i \u00e4ven idag. Jag fick \u00e4ven l\u00e4ra mig att som l\u00e4rjunge till Kristus kan man inte \\\"leva i synd\\\", men d\u00e4remot \\\"falla i synd\\\", men med l\u00f6ftet att om vi v\u00e4nder om av hela v\u00e5rt hj\u00e4rta till Jesus s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi f\u00f6rl\u00e5telse f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra synder, och kan forts\u00e4tta v\u00e5r vandring fram\u00e5t. Jag fick l\u00e4ra mig att som l\u00e4rjungar till Jesus ser Jesus p\u00e5 oss som \\\"Heliga\\\", inte som \\\"syndare\\\". Vi f\u00e5r kalla oss \\\"Guds barn\\\" vilket vi ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r efter v\u00e5r p\u00e5nyttf\u00f6delse. Jag fick \u00e4ven l\u00e4ra mig att man under resten av sitt liv som l\u00e4rjunge till Kristus beh\u00f6ver arbeta p\u00e5 att \\\"f\u00f6rnya sitt sinne\\\", dvs att fokusera p\u00e5 Jesus, att l\u00e4ra sig urskilja Hans r\u00f6st bland alla andra \\\"r\u00f6ster\\\" som vill ta kontrollen \u00f6ver v\u00e5rt liv, och b\u00f6rja lyda\\\/f\u00f6lja den - den gode Herden. Denna vandring som jag g\u00e5r, vill jag \u00e4ven bjuda in dig till, du som l\u00e4ser detta, om du inte redan g\u00e5r den v\u00e4gen som p\u00e5nyttf\u00f6dd. I am also discipling several other people to do this as well, both locally regionally and partially globally. I have walked with Jesus for many years, since at the age of 20, when I met Jesus for the first time, not that I saw Him, but He met me, as an answer to a prayer. I come from a non-Christian home, but still got early Knowledge of God and Jesus, through a \\\"Sunday school\\\" I went to. It was only during my high school years that a bench mate made me realize that you can have a personal relationship with God, that you can Know Him; and after a while I started looking for it. My encounter with God was that he confirmed to me that you can just get to know God. After that I started reading the Bible on my own; and now it was as if the whole Bible \\\"opened up.\\\" Previous stories I had read now took on a completely different depth. Something was very different compared to before. But... and this is a big but: I still didn't walk in complete freedom; like many other Christians, I \\\"believed\\\" in Jesus, called myself a \\\"Christian\\\" but really had a poor understanding of what that really means. I was living, knowingly, still in some sin, and tried my best to live a Christian life. What I missed in the Bible, and which no one explained to me, was that the way into a genuine relationship with Jesus is through \\\"rebirth\\\" (John 3:1-8). When I realized that, I contacted people who could help me with it - and I finally got out in freedom. I then also learned that we, as disciples of Jesus, can pray for the sick, lay hands on people with some type of illness, and then they will be healed. I got to experience that then, and I walk in it and continue to grow in it even today. I was also taught that as a disciple of Christ one cannot \\\"live in sin\\\", but instead \\\"fall into sin\\\", but with the promise that if we turn our whole heart to Jesus, we will receive forgiveness for our sins, and can continue our journey forward. I was taught that as disciples of Jesus, Jesus sees us as \\\"Saints\\\", not as \\\"sinners\\\". We can call ourselves \\\"God's children\\\" which we also are after our rebirth. I was also taught that during the rest of your life as a disciple of Christ you need to work on \\\"renewing your mind\\\", i.e. to focus on Jesus, to learn to distinguish His voice among all the other \\\"voices\\\" that want to take control of our life, and begin to obey\\\/follow it - the good Shepherd. D\u00e4refter b\u00f6rjade jag l\u00e4sa Bibeln p\u00e5 egen hand; och nu var det som om hela Bibeln \"\u00f6ppnade sig\". Tidigare ber\u00e4ttelser jag l\u00e4st fick nu ett helt annat djup. N\u00e5got var v\u00e4ldigt annorlunda j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med tidigare. Men... och detta \u00e4r ett stort men: jag vandrade fortfarande inte i fullst\u00e4ndig frihet; som m\u00e5nga andra kristna \"trodde\" jag p\u00e5 Jesus, kallade mig \"kristen\" men hade egentligen d\u00e5lig f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r vad det egentligen inneb\u00e4r. Jag levde, medvetet, fortfarande i viss synd, och f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte s\u00e5 gott det gick att leva ett kristet liv. Det jag missat i Bibeln, och som ingen f\u00f6rklarat f\u00f6r mig, var att v\u00e4gen in till en \u00e4kta relation med Jesus, g\u00e5r genom \"p\u00e5nyttf\u00f6delse\" (Joh 3:1-8). N\u00e4r jag f\u00f6rstod det, s\u00e5 kontaktade jag m\u00e4nniskor som kunde hj\u00e4lpa mig med det - och jag kom \u00e4ntligen ut i frihet. Jag fick d\u00e5 \u00e4ven l\u00e4ra mig att vi som l\u00e4rjungar till Jesus kan be f\u00f6r sjuka, l\u00e4gga h\u00e4nderna p\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor med n\u00e5gon typ av sjukdom, och d\u00e5 ska de bli friska. Det fick jag uppleva d\u00e5, och det vandrar jag i och forts\u00e4tter att v\u00e4xa i \u00e4ven idag. Jag fick \u00e4ven l\u00e4ra mig att som l\u00e4rjunge till Kristus kan man inte \"leva i synd\", men d\u00e4remot \"falla i synd\", men med l\u00f6ftet att om vi v\u00e4nder om av hela v\u00e5rt hj\u00e4rta till Jesus s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi f\u00f6rl\u00e5telse f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra synder, och kan forts\u00e4tta v\u00e5r vandring fram\u00e5t. Jag fick l\u00e4ra mig att som l\u00e4rjungar till Jesus ser Jesus p\u00e5 oss som \"Heliga\", inte som \"syndare\". Vi f\u00e5r kalla oss \"Guds barn\" vilket vi ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r efter v\u00e5r p\u00e5nyttf\u00f6delse.
